Privacy Policy
This data protection declaration explains the nature, scope and purposes of the collection and use of personal data by the responsible provider, Dr. phil. Daniela Christina Werthwein (email: werthwein@go-lang-co.com), when using its website.
As the operator of these pages, I take the protection of your personal data very seriously. I treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.
The use of my website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on my pages, this is always done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
I would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating via email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.
Cookies
Some of the websites use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make my offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and that your browser saves.
Most of the cookies used are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow the sites to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to them. These are:
- Browser type/browser version
- operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of server request
This data cannot be assigned to specific people. This data will not be merged with other data sources. I reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of concrete indications of unlawful use.
Information, deletion, blocking
You have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data. You can contact me at any time at the address given on this page if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data.
Objection to advertising emails
The use of contact details published as part of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby objected to. I expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, such as spam emails.
Inclusion of third-party services and content
It may happen that third-party content such as Google Fonts, videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated into this online offer. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) are aware of the users’ IP address. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the respective user’s browser. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. I strive to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, I have no influence if third-party providers store the IP address, for example for statistical purposes. As far as this is known, I will inform users about it.
Changes to the privacy policy
I reserve the right to change the data protection declaration in order to adapt it to changed legal situations or changes to the service or data processing. However, this only applies with regard to declarations on data processing. If consent from the users is required or components of the data protection declaration contain regulations of the contractual relationship with the users, the changes will only be made with the consent of the users.
Users are requested to regularly inform themselves about the content of the data protection declaration.
